2. Visiting the website and hosting
This website is hosted by goneo Internet GmbH in Germany. When you visit, connection data needed to provide the website is processed. This includes your IP address, the time of the request, the requested URL, the HTTP status and browser and system information supplied with the request. This data is needed to deliver the website, operate it securely and investigate technical faults.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide a reliably accessible and secure business website. Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for the relevant operational and security purposes. Where our hosting provider processes data on our behalf, this is governed by a data processing agreement.
3. Cookies, local storage and analytics
This website does not set its own analytics, advertising or other tracking cookies or store visitor identifiers in your browser. It does not include analytics or advertising services, externally loaded fonts, embedded maps or social media widgets. Images and the general website interface are loaded from the same website origin.
Navigation and project filtering work only in the current browser window. No cookie consent banner is displayed for services that are not used here. This statement applies to this website, not to external services you choose to visit afterwards.
4. Contact by email or telephone
When you contact us, we process the details you provide and the content of your enquiry to respond and communicate with you. The legal basis for pre-contractual and contractual enquiries is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.
The email link opens your own email application. At your explicit request, the copy function places only our public email address on your device clipboard.
Enquiry data is deleted once its purpose has been fulfilled, unless statutory retention obligations or the need to retain evidence prevent deletion.
Contact form and Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form sends your name, email address and message to our server at Goneo and then to DGi Solutions by email. Form contents are not sent to Cloudflare or stored in an additional form database.
To protect against automated enquiries, we use Turnstile by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The check loads only when you select “Activate spam protection”. Your IP address, browser and device information, and technical verification data may then be sent to Cloudflare. We do not use Turnstile pre-clearance cookies.
Your enquiry is processed on the legal grounds stated above. Voluntary activation of external spam protection is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can use email or telephone instead and stop further processing by Cloudflare by leaving or reloading the page. Processing in the USA is possible. For further information on recipients, transfer safeguards and retention, please see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
To limit abusive requests, our server briefly stores counters and a cryptographically derived value of the source IP address. Limits reset after ten minutes; expired entries are removed when further requests arrive. Names and message contents are not stored in these records. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in protecting the contact channel.
5. NeKoSys calculation example
Amounts entered in the example are calculated only in your browser. This website neither stores them nor sends them to a server. Please do not enter personal data in the example. The illustration is not a live NeKoSys session.
6. External links
Links to the NeKoSys product website, its support service and reference companies open those external services only when you click them. Their operators then process the data associated with your visit under their own policies. In particular, the test team application and support form are separate NeKoSys services, not part of this static website.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object: You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Please contact us at the email address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In North Rhine-Westphalia, the relevant authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: ldi.nrw.de.
8. Changes
We will update this notice if the website's functions or operation change.
